Call for an appointment, a very popular location, but I can show you today! Inexpensive property in the Texas medical center. Cheap compared to it's competition. Built in 1984, it is very well maintained, and the apartments are a nice size. I loved the pool area, as the mature oak trees & palms surrounding, gave it a feeling of "being somewhere else". (more)
I liked that the treadmills faced the pool, & always patios are a must! I enjoyed filming, because there were so many great features. Right across the street from a very nice park, and I am told that it is the perfect place for students in the med center. infact, student housing is right there too. If you need to stay within a budget (like who doesn't, right?) then you will enjoy the fact that this property gives you more bang for the buck, while being within walking distance of the metro light rail.
