Riverstone is a master planned community just south of Sugar Land off of Highway 6. This community is in the first phases of development and will finish to offer more than 5000 home sites. The developers have designed a unique concept of lakes, greenspace, parks and nearly 25 miles of walking trails within the community. When complete, University boulevard will connect Highway 6 to US 59 at the University of Houstons Sugar Land Campus. (more)
