After attaining a B.A. in Advertising Photography from Brooks Institute, Dennis Huckaby returned to Hollywood and became a Commercial Advertising Photographer with numerous clients, functioning as a visual director and production supervisor. He has designed and produced media used by advertising agencies and motion picture production companies for television commercials. He created many types of advertising such as: point of purchase displays, annual reports, building size murals, billboards, interiors, exteriors, package art, product photography, convention and seminar exhibits, inserts for animation, food, and special effects photography for television commercials. He also traveled the world as a location scout and advance man for pre-production. After working in the film industry for 28 years and teaching photography and video for 11 years in Hollywood, he relocated to Washington and now produces Stills in Motion (SIM)s and open house videos for architecture.
