About:
Belinda has been involved in residential construction since 2001, the same year she graduated with honors, from the Residential Design Program at The Art Institute of Seattle.
Belinda has primarily focused her design talents on redevelopment projects and decided to become a licensed Real Estate Agent so she would have a better understanding of the industry, and be able assist developers in more aspects of their projects. To continue her education she took advanced classes to become an Associate Broker in 2007, and is currently working on earning her Built Green Certification and EcoBroker Designation.
Belinda has invested in and developed her own multi-million dollar projects, so she really has the hands on experience and knowledge it takes to understand these types of investments. She has been involved in every aspect of development including acquisition, design development, project management, materials selection, branding, marketing, site sales, model setup, leasing, tenant issues and budget management to name a few.
Ultimately her goal is to be involved in developing projects all over the globe, helping communities in need.
