Bill McAllister had found his land, found his place. Over the next twenty years he assembled some 2,000 acres, creating Pheasant Ridge. His vision emerged as an idyllic setting which embraces and enhances wildlife and natural resources, provides a place of rest, recreation and beauty for a limited number of residents, and creates a means to facilitate his Pheasant Ridge vision in perpetuity.
