Eagle Lodge is the last lodge to open in the ski season at Mammoth Mountain each year. It is the easiest to access and the lowest elevation on the ski-able terrain. The future of Eagle Lodge includes a village with an ice rink, restaurant, market, underground parking and residential units for purchase and to rent. That project is a few years away but the appreciation potential is great.
