http://www.KnoxvilleVideoTours.com Affordable subdivision with Farragut schools! The Oaks is a small neighborhood tucked away on the outskirts of Knox County in the Farragut school system. Its located at the corner of Northshore Drive and Harvey Road and convenient to the new YMCA and The Cove at Concord Park. Most of the homes were built in 2004-05. The HOA fee is $125 per year with an optional pool membership. Whats it like to live here? We have lived in The Oaks for 7 years. The reason we chose The Oaks was due to the location. While it is close to Knoxville, we are still able to enjoy the feel of living in the country. We are a small community, and consider our neighbors, friends as well. We look out for each other and help one another when needed. The floor plans are perfect for a family and the builder included some extra details that are not usually found in homes in this price range. We have enjoyed living in The Oaks and feel lucky to live in such a beautiful neighborhood where everyone takes pride in their home. Carol and Scott The Oaks Community has been our home for the past three years and a pleasant place to make memories as a family after our relocation here to East Tennessee. It is an orderly neighborhood that provides the feeling of being out in the country, but has the convenience of being only 10-15 minutes from Turkey Creek. Every day we enjoy the 10 minute pastoral drive along Northshore as we pass horses, barns, and the lake, leaving the bustle of Farragut behind. Living here in The Oaks gave us the welcome we needed to settle in West Knoxville and we are happy to extend our recommendation. Jason and Rheannon
