A quick update and market report through the end of November 2019.
Things continue to be on pace the way we've reported all year - nice and steady.
Interesting though, the number of sales that took place in November of 2019 vs. November of 2018 is up about 10%. I don't think everyone thinks of November as a robust sales month, but in fact, at Collins Group Realty we sold twice as month property this year in November as we did last year at the same time.
This is interesting too, we're down to only a 19 property difference in terms of new listings in the marketplace in 2019 vs 2018. Meaning there have only been 19 additional listings to come to the market this year year-to-date than last year.
Other things are kind of tight too. The number of transactions that closed out is only up about 3%, average sales prices up about 3%, median sales prices up about 3%. Pretty consistent with what we've been reporting throughout the year.
