I feel like it's Groundhog day. It's pretty much the same it's been for the last few months. Steady sales activity: Pending sales are up about 6%. Closed sales are pretty much even with where we were last year. Inventory has inched up about 2.5%. Median/Average Sales Prices are up about 2.5 - 3% respectively. It's a very reliable, confident marketplace
The only thing we're hearing about is that sometimes in some segments of the market it's really quiet on inventory. If you're feeling that pain, have patience, and count on our agents to be scouring the market. They can be looking for new opportunities in coming soon status, maybe some soft listings that are about to come for sale, etc.
