Let me share with you one production tip that is assured to increase your income right away. I call this tip the Understand the Dip
The Dip is the space between your personal excitement of getting out there to do your job and getting production. The Dip is the hard part of sales and you have to learn to traverse the Dip to increase production. For example, if it takes 10 calls to get one lead, the Dip length is between 1 and 10 calls. If you stop talking to people at 4 calls for whatever your reason, you do not cross the Dip to the production you are searching for in your business. Too many agents are limited by The Dip.
To conquer The Dip you must know your personal success numbers to achieve the production. Then you must have the dialogues that are creative and fresh to allow you confidence to be visible enough each day. To overcome The Dip, you must push your way through the dip, not shy away.
