Jerry Smith has been in the real estate business as an agent, owner, trainer, coach and consultant for over 35 years. Jerry started his real estate career as an agent in Cheyenne Wyoming. He quickly became one of the leading agents in Cheyenne and moved into management with the largest real estate firm in Wyoming. He purchased the company he started with and continued to expand in property management, commercial and farm and ranch brokerage. Jerry was president of his local board, president of the Wyoming Association of Realtors, and Realtor of the Year for both his local and state association. Jerry also served as a director of the National Association of Realtors for nine years and held positions on various national committees including the national professional standards committee.
