Prior to joining Halstead, Ed honed his marketing and negotiating skills as an advertising and promotion executive, a creative director and a writer/producer for major television and online networks. He draws on this experience to create customized marketing strategies for each client’s property to target the right buyers. Ed also handled a diverse range of complex negotiations with advertising agencies, high-end vendors, and production companies, which translates to an exceptional understanding of managing real estate transactions and creating optimal solutions for both buyers and sellers alike.
