Built in 1808, the John Reynolds House rests between Benefit and Thayer Streets on Providence’s desirable College Hill. This two-and-a-half story Federal house built by housewrights Caleb Earle and Stanford Branch was originally on Benevolent Street and later moved in 1948 to its current location. The home has since been thoughtfully updated with modern amenities while still reflecting its original details and charm.
