This sophisticated two-bedroom condominium is located on the third floor of a lovely Victorian in Portsmouth that was originally built by Sarah J. Eddy. An American artist and photographer, Sarah J. Eddy was also active in abolition reform and suffragette movements and painted Susan B. Anthony at this residence in 1920.
