We're Hiring! Sales & Marketing Specialist Openings

We are currently hiring two Sales & Marketing Specialists to assist us during what will be the largest growth period in our company's year history. If you are a person that wants to make an impact and earn your way into a leadership position, this is your chance. Candidates for this role must be incredibly driven, team-centric, outgoing and most of all, have a positive attitude. Your time in this particular role would be allocated in the following ways:
I. Business Development (Time Allotment 60%)
Be awesome and valuable beyond expectations every time you are in contact with someone.
Maximize pipeline growth via efficient and effective prospecting
Discover opportunities via phone, emails, industry events and social sites.
Develop relationships with those that can benefit most from becoming a WellcomeMat customer or partner, and help them to progress through the WellcomeMat sales cycle.
Present product demos to sales qualified prospects.
Prepare and send out pricing and contracts.
Creatively find and develop relationships with influential people. Connect the dots of value within the industry by introducing people that can benefit from knowing each other.
Within SalesForce.com, diligently maintain records, account history and tasks for everyone that WellcomeMat is in contact with. Work with management team to continuously improve the reliability of sales forecasts.
Collaborate with management team to continuously improve the reliability of revenue forecasts.
Staff and attend trade shows and industry events
II. Lead Nurturing (30% of Time)
Your role is to be a master of the first impression, to be remarkable, unique, quick-witted and thorough.
Identify how WellcomeMat can be most valuable by quickly assessing the goals of the people that come into contact with WellcomeMat’s team or site.
Work with marketing team members to craft campaigns that generate the most qualified leads & identify lead nurturing initiatives.
Provide guidance, support, access to FAQ or product documentation and/or warm introductions to other WellcomeMat team members.
Serve as a customer/user advocate with WellcomeMat’s team. Be the voice of our customers and make sure we are doing what is best for them.
Continuously improve our world class customer service and sales processes.
Work with product, marketing and development team members to make sure that our offerings address the real problems of our customers/users.
III. Content Creation (10% of time)
Work with Marketing/Product teams to ensure the highest quality sales materials and lead generating efforts.
Assist our Producer/Content Manager in identifying the best kinds of tutorial and marketing videos so she can crank out content that helps you communicate WellcomeMat’s value.
- Create FAQ documentation for frequently asked questions. The goal is to minimize the amount of time that we spend on smaller revenue opportunities
