Should every real estate agent have a video profile?

I met the Broker/Owner and Realtor, Greg Fischer last week at the Real Estate Connect show in NYC. Dressed in a business suit and sneakers, he sat there arms relaxed, iPad in hand as we chatted for about five minutes. Greg seemed like a cool guy -- hip to tech, affable, accessible. But how much can you really get to know someone in the span of five minutes?
 
Fast forward a few days and I came across Greg's website and his profile video.

Visit Greg's site and the first thing you'll notice is that it is designed to focus more on local search (what's around town) NOT the stereotypical "please enter # bedrooms, baths, etc'. Fischer focuses on the other -- arguably more relevant to consumers  -- lifestyle side of search. The home page features four questions; I'd like to Buy? I'd Like to Sell? I'd like to Lease? I'd like to Invest?. Click on any of them and you end up Greg's About page which features the followings video. Oddly enough, I watched the video and now feel like I know Greg a lot more than I did when we first met.

Q: Should every real estate agent have a video profile?? Or -- to reframe the question -- what happens to business when you're the only agent who doesn't have a video profile?
