Foreclosures and Video

By Christian A. Sterner

Since we seemed to have a pretty productive thread about back-ending video production charges (charging when a property sells), it seems like the logical next convo is foreclosures, which are making up a huge percentage of overall number of sales.

I, Sterner, have been pounding the phones into the people holding the notes/debt (banks in other words) about using video pre-auction without much luck: it's as if I am trying to get Madonna on the phone or something.

Anyway, I knew an auctioneer a long while ago that drilled it into my head that the entire auction game is the marketing you do before the auction (duh!). Who is tackling this space and are there any notes to post for other real estate professionals or video pros about it?
