The Best Strategy in a Down Market

Ok all...we are all here for one reason: to make real estate and local business video happen. It's going to get tougher before it gets better, so I wanted to get some ideas rolling (as if you guys need help in this regard).

Common sense says that people should do whatever they can to make their listings stand out from the rest of the inventory in a down market. However, we all know that agents/brokers that aren't transacting are also going to get very tight on new listing budgets.

What are the thoughts about getting paid when your customers (agents/brokers) get paid? I have to believe that, in the markets where things are really bad, this is the only way to keep a solid volume going. Anyone trying this out?
