The "New" economy. How's business?

Curious as to what's happening out there in regards to the economy? Business is still good? Slower? I hear about a lot of doom and gloom in parts of the country. I hear about a lot of realtors who have little or no money and can't afford much of anything anymore.

I deal with several markets that vary wildly.... New Hampshire is pretty much frozen. Nothing is moving, and if it is, it moves very, very slowly. I'm filming my 4th "agent's house' next week (realtors selling their OWN houses because they can no longer afford them....)

Massachusetts? Boom town. I'm working 6-7 days a week, 14 hour days. I can't work fast enough and I'm booked up pretty much solid. Properties are listing and selling quickly... sometimes within a week - often times at full price!

It's weird. I can't quite figure out what to make of it.... Of course I like to think it's because my clients use video to sell their properties - it IS the only thing they all have in common! LOL

Curious as to what's happening in other parts of the country. One would THINK that our services would be more valuable in a slow market, but probably less so if realtors have no money to pay for it....
