Creating and managing client accounts

A client account is an account that is created and/or managed by someone other than the account owner. We have found that often people would like to manage video content on behalf of other people using WellcomeMat. The User Administration system enables office administrators, enterprise partners and filmmakers to manage the video needs of individual users other than themselves.

For filmmakers, team leaders, and enterprise users the User Administration link can be found in the pull down menu when you click your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of your WellcomeMat account.
